This package is perfect for the bride and groom that want to be very hands-on and “do-it-yourself” in wedding planning and need just a bit of assistance while being kind to their budget. Orange County Beach Weddings will help you secure your venue, be your day-of coordinator, and offer select services from our most trusted and professional partners.

DAY OF COORDINATOR

  • On-site wedding day management – 1 coordinator and 1 assistant
  • Produce a minute-by-minute timeline of the wedding day
  • Work with the officiant in coordinating the ceremony
  • Direction of all ceremony & reception events
  • Ensure marriage license is signed and given to Officiant
  • Work with DJ/musicians and photographers to establish timing for entertainment, grand entrance, first dance, parent dances, cake cutting, bouquet and garter tosses, honeymoon/money dance
  • Take care of specialty items and gifts are packed up at the end of the event.
  • Prepare and handle final payments and gratuities to vendors
  • Access to an emergency kit loaded with last minute essentials
  • Wedding gifts and cards gathered and secured at the end of the night

CEREMONY OFFICIANT

  • (1) One hour meeting with the officiant to go over all details and ceremony message
  • Legal filing of the license after the ceremony

WEDDING FLOWERS

  • Bridal bouquet with seasonal florals & matching groom’s boutonniere
  • Up to two Attendants Bouquet and Two Groomsmen Boutonnieres
  • Two mothers corsages & two Fathers boutonnières
  • More personal florals, ceremony florals and centerpieces are available at an additional cost

WEDDING CAKE

  • Customized Wedding Cake
  • Complimentary cake tasting and consultation to choose flavor, color & design

ENTERTAINMENT

  • DJ and Emcee Service & Timeline

WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHY

  • 1 Photographer / 5-hour photography service
  • Full-size digital images with print permission
