Salt Creek Beach – Dana Point

Salt Creek Beach is one of the most private and intimate beach locations in Orange County and truly a hidden gem. It features beautiful white sand for ceremonies and a stunning grassy bluff area ideal for a reception with panoramic ocean views.

Although it is a public beach, the ceremony area is secluded and away from the general public, offering a peaceful and exclusive feel. One important thing to consider is accessibility—the walk from the parking lot to the ceremony site is approximately 0.25 miles, so we recommend golf cart transportation for guests.

Claremont Beach – Long Beach

Claremont Beach is ideal for ceremony-only weddings. It is tucked away between two private residences and feels very intimate and secluded, making it perfect for smaller gatherings.

This beach offers a peaceful atmosphere away from crowded public areas, with a grassy lawn directly in front of the sand, which works beautifully for post-ceremony photos or a small gathering before heading to a nearby reception venue.

If you’re looking for a beautiful yet affordable ceremony location with ocean views, Orange County offers several incredible oceanfront parks that are perfect for a ceremony-only wedding or one you can easily pair with a nearby restaurant for your reception.

Pines Park – Dana Point

Pines Park is perched on a cliff overlooking the ocean and features a lush grassy ceremony area with breathtaking coastal views. It offers ample parking for guests and can accommodate up to 150 guests.

Doris Walker Overlook – Dana Point

Doris Walker Overlook is a round, secluded park with stunning panoramic views of the Dana Point Harbor and the Pacific Ocean. Like Pines Park, it can host up to 150 guests and provides plenty of parking.
