This is our grand, all-inclusive, full ceremony and reception package. It’s perfect for couples who have a busy schedule, live far away, or are too overwhelmed to manage the planning that goes into a destination wedding. We will take care of every detail from A-Z and work alongside our trustworthy, professional, and best OC vendors.

• On-site wedding day management – One coordinator and one assistant
• Early arrival to manage, direct and be the on-site point of contact for the family, wedding party and vendors throughout the event 
• Produce a minute-by-minute timeline of the wedding day
• Provide you with a month-to-month wedding checklist 
• Online planning platform
• Detailed month-of assistance to help you tie up all loose ends with the wedding
• Follow up with all vendors during planning process
• Review and proofread BEO (Banquet Event Order) provided by Catering Manager
• Continuous etiquette advice
• Timeline distributed to associated vendors
• One qualified staff member for direction and coordination of wedding rehearsal
• Work with the officiant in coordinating the ceremony
• Assist wedding party, family members and guests as needed
• Ensure vendors’ responsibilities are fulfilled
• Placement of ceremony and reception decor and all details of both events
• Direction of all ceremony & reception events including damage control & intervention
• Ensure marriage license is signed and given to Officiant 
• Work with DJ/musicians and photographers to establish timing for entertainment, grand entrance, first dance, parent dances, cake cutting, bouquet and garter tosses, honeymoon/money dance 
• Take care of specialty items and gifts are packed up at the end of the event.
• Prepare and handle final payments and gratuities to vendors
• Access to an emergency kit loaded with last-minute essentials
• Wedding gifts and cards are gathered and secured at the end of the night

• 35% non-refundable deposit is due upon signing the contract. Final payment is 30 days prior to the wedding. We accept ACH, Zelle, ApplePay, and Credit Cards.  Venue Fee is not included in the package but we will assist with securing your permit.
